RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS dated May 6, 2025 No. 23 "ON CONDUCTING TRIALS OF NON-PATHOGENIC GENETIC ENGINEERED ORGANISMS"

The Resolution approves the Instruction on the Procedure for Testing Non-pathogenic Genetically Engineered Organisms upon their Release into the Environment in Experimental Fields that Meet Biosafety Requirements.
The Resolution replaces the following resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus:
"Resolution of August 29, 2006 No. 56 "On safety requirements for experimental fields and other facilities intended for testing non-pathogenic genetically engineered organisms upon their first release into the environment";
Resolution of August 29, 2006 No. 57 "On approval of the Instruction on the procedure for testing non-pathogenic genetically engineered organisms upon their release into the environment";
Resolution of May 31, 2019 No. 11 "On Amending the Resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus dated August 29, 2006 No. 56 and dated August 29, 2006 No. 57".
The Resolution replaces the following resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus:
"Resolution of August 29, 2006 No. 56 "On safety requirements for experimental fields and other facilities intended for testing non-pathogenic genetically engineered organisms upon their first release into the environment";
Resolution of August 29, 2006 No. 57 "On approval of the Instruction on the procedure for testing non-pathogenic genetically engineered organisms upon their release into the environment";
